Hello, beautiful souls!

I know you have heard about astrology. Maybe some of you are familiar with astrology or even get consultation from astrologers.

But, are you aware that there are two popular approaches in astrology?

Let’s explore the differences between these two – tropical astrology (western astrology) and sidereal astrology (eastern astrology).

Tropical Astrology

Tropical astrology is mostly known as Western astrology. It’s the most familiar form of astrology to people.

This form of astrology defines the zodiac based on the positions of the Sun relative to the Earth over the course of the year.

The zodiac is divided into twelve equal sections, or signs.

The twelve signs of the tropical zodiac are Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces.

Tropical astrology has been used for thousands of years in many different cultures and has evolved over time.

It is often used as a tool for personality analysis, prediction of future events, and to understand human relationships and compatibility.

"Sidereal astrology is primarily used in Indian and Vedic astrology."

Sidereal Astrology

Sidereal astrology, on the other hand, is based on the fixed stars and uses the actual positions of the constellations in the sky.

Here, the zodiac is defined based on the position of the stars in the background of the Sun, rather than the Sun itself.

The sidereal zodiac is divided into twelve equal sections, just like the tropical zodiac. But the signs in tropical astrology are one sign ahead of the signs in sidereal astrology during the course of the year.

Why? Because the fixed stars are not subject to the same precession that the Earth experiences.

Sidereal astrology is primarily used in Indian and Vedic astrology.

It is often used for purposes similar to tropical astrology, such as personality analysis and prediction of future events.

But it is also used for spiritual growth, the karma, and destiny of individuals.

"Tropical astrology is heavily associated with Greek and Roman culture."

The Differences

The main difference between the two systems is their interpretation of the positions of the planets.

Another difference between sidereal and tropical astrology is their respective zodiac systems. The tropical zodiac is based on the changing seasons, while the sidereal zodiac is based on the fixed stars.

And also, tropical astrology is heavily associated with Greek and Roman culture, while sidereal astrology has been heavily influenced by Indian and Vedic culture.

Conclusion

I was not familiar with sidereal astrology until I landed on KRS Channel unexpectedly a few years ago.

And these are what I have learnt about the differences between tropical astrology and sidereal astrology so far.

Frankly speaking, I found that sidereal astrology is much more complex than tropical astrology.

But I am very passionate in gaining in depth knowledge about it anyway.

If you are very keen on learning astrology, I would recommend you to check KRS Channel.

Here is one of his videos.

So, which one are you familiar with, tropical or sidereal? Let me know in the comment section.

Hello, beautiful souls!

You are here because you want to know what manifestation is or how it actually works, right? Then, let’s talk about it.

What is Manifestation?

Manifestation has been making the rounds in the self-help and spirituality communities for some time now.

The concept is based on the idea that our thoughts and beliefs have a powerful influence on shaping our reality.

It means we can attract positive outcomes into our lives if we focus our mind on positive thoughts and desires.

Manifestation is also associated with the law of attraction (LoA).

LoA states that like attracts like. Basically, it means you think positively and good things and experiences will come to you.

Does it mean if you have negative thoughts and emotions, you will attract negative things?

In my experience, no, it doesn’t work like that. Negative thoughts just delay positive things.

How many steps are there to manifest our desires?

Normally we need to pass through five steps to get what we want.

1. Setting Intentions

The first step in manifestation is to get clear on what it is that you want.

Money? $10,000? $1,000,000? Set your exact amount.

Boyfriend? What type? Someone like Nicolas from the novel The Actress’s Husband? Write down your ideal type.

Don’t forget when setting your intentions, it is important to focus on what you want, rather than what you don't want.

2. Focusing Your Thoughts

Once you have set your intentions, the next step is to focus your thoughts and energy on those intentions.

Visualize your desires as if they have already come to fruition.

Make sure to focus on positive thoughts and emotions related to your desires.

3. Aligning Your Emotions

Your emotions play a key role in manifestation. They are a reflection of your thoughts and beliefs.

It is important to cultivate positive emotions such as gratitude, joy, and excitement.

They can help attract positive experiences and outcomes into your life.

4. Taking Aligned Actions

You just cannot sit on your desires. You must also take aligned actions to bring your desires in front of you.

Look out for opportunities which can help you take a step closer to your desires and act on them.

5. Trusting the Process

Finally, manifestation requires trust and patience. It is not always a quick or straightforward process.

Sometimes, you will feel frustrated because your desire is not fulfilled yet. It’s normal. Don’t beat yourself if your trust sway. Just put yourself in the right track again.

Conclusion

Manifestation is a powerful tool for shaping your reality.

Follow the steps

  • setting intentions
  • focusing your thoughts
  • aligning your emotions
  • taking aligned actions
  • trusting the process

and you will meet your desires in no time.
